She constantly worried about being poor, even though this should have never been a problem for her. Soon, Robert, fearing for his mother’s safety and worried about her condition, sent her to a mental health institution where she could be treated properly.

Lincoln was a spiritual man, who was born a Christian. He claims to be religious and uses religious diction in his speeches in order to make them more successful to his audience. Abe was not a member of any church. He was also a part of some occult practices as well. Abraham was also controversial. He believed in things that typically go against a Christian belief.

Depression is something that Abe was faced with throughout his life. His family lived in poverty, and he worried that he would always be faced with this struggle. Another thing that most people do not know about this man is that he had a secret lover. “Honest Abe” wasn’t very honest. Having sadness in his family members caused Abe even more depression.
